Detailed Instructions for signing up for various
​programs that support KAS FINANCIALLY (Printable Sheet)

Amazon
Smile

AmazonSmile gives .5% of everything you buy to KAS if you designate it as your school.  When shopping AmazonSmile, you are provided with the same products at the same prices you expect on Amazon. All you have to do is select Knoxville Adventist School as your choice of non-profit organization to receive a charitable donation.
IMPORTANT: You must shop through their www.smile.amazon.com website in order for the school to receive the Amazon rewards.

Click on the Amazon link below to sign up and get started. Follow the instructions below to sign up.

  1. Once you click on the link above,  it will take you to the Amazon website. You will need to sign up for a new account or sign-in to your existing account.
  2. On the right side of the pop-up screen you will see "Select a Charity". At the bottom of that screen you will type in "Knoxville Adventist School" and click search.
  3. On the next screen our school name will appear and you will select it.
  4. When you are finished you will see "Supporting: Knoxville Adventist School" at the very top to the right of the Amazon logo on the regular Amazon Smile Website.

Krogers Community Rewards

IMPORTANT:  As a reminder, all parents and supporters will have to re-link their Krogers Rewards Card for the new school year even if they have participated in the past. PLEASE REMEMBER... purchases will not count towards our school until you have registered your card online.
  1. Sign up for a Krogers Rewards Card at your local Krogers (if you don't have one already).
  2. Go to: www.kroger.com and click on "Sign In".  If you don't already have an account you will need to click on "REGISTER". If you already have registered, skip to #5.
  3. Enter in your email address, a password, zip code and local store, then "Create Account"
  4. You then will be able to enter in your Kroger Plus card number, last name, then save.
  5. Once you have returned to Kroger's again, you will need to log into your account using the email address and password you used in step #3.
  6. You will then click on the "Community" link near the top of the screen, then click on "Community Rewards".
  7. You will then see an orange "Enroll Now" button that you will click on.
  8. Finally you will enter KNOXVILLE ADVENTIST SCHOOL or the NPO number 17323 and search. Click to confirm and enroll.
  9. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization's name and information at the bottom of your "Account Summary" page under "Community Rewards"
**Do you use your phone number at the register?  Call 800-576-4377 and select option 4 to get your Kroger Plus card number.

Food City
School bucks

IMPORTANT:  As a reminder, all parents and supporters will have to re-link their ValuCards for the new school year even if they have participated in the past. 

To sign up from home:
  1. Go to www.foodcity.com.  Either log in or sign up for a new account by clicking "Sign in/Register" on the top right.
  2. If you need to register for a new account, you will need to activate your account with an email confirmation, and then log-in the information needed. 
  3. If you already have an account, log in and that should take you to your dashboard page.
  4. Once you arrive at "My Food City Dashboard", click on "My Account" in the middle of the blue bar at the top.
  5. To sign up for Knoxville Adventist School scroll down and click "Update School". Make sure "Knoxville Adventist School" is named in this box, or click "Update School" to name Knoxville Adventist School. Our school ID is 40541.
  6.  Save your changes and you are good to go.

BoxTops
​program 

A New Change for Collecting Boxtops Collecting Boxtops just got an up-date using the ease of technology. HERE is a letter from Boxtops explaining the new program, how to make the program work for you, and WHERE to look for them. You will need to download the new “Box Tops for Education” app from either iOS or Android. Once downloaded you will need to sign up for an account. Please search for “Knoxville Seventh-day Adventist School” and select our name so we will get credit for your BoxTops. If you have any questions more information can be found in the sheets that were sent home with this newsletter, on their website HERE, or you can stop by the office.
They are currently still accepting the clipped Boxtops as long as the date on the them hasn’t expired. They are phasing out the old way of collecting though & the clippings will be harder to find. Please bring in the clippings you have so we can still get credit for them. Thanks!​
