Curriculum Information

KAS offers a well-rounded program that helps students grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. In math, KAS uses Saxon Math for Grades K-5 and Big Ideas Math for grades 6-8. In reading, we follow a balanced literacy approach that includes reading, writing, grammar, speaking-listening skills, and Saxon Phonics for grades K-2. Each Bible class focuses on the Bible as the textbook and principles from the Encounter Curriculum offering a dynamic spiritual experience.

Our 9th and 10th grades use the approved North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists high school curriculum.

To learn more about the North American Division Education System please visit their website.
