WHY KAS? Click here for the answers.

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Knoxville Adventist School (KAS).
As you come to know our school, you will discover we are more than just a place to learn; we are a community. Knoxville Adventist School students in kindergarten through ninth grade have the opportunity to excel academically, create a love for learning, cultivate respect for others, and develop a character in the likeness of the Creator.  In addition, they will learn the importance of productive group dynamics and social responsibility which are valuable tools as one matures into adulthood. One thing that helps reinforce these important life skills is our small classroom environment. The number of students in each classroom never exceeds 25 students, which nurtures individualized teaching and strong academic studies.

Knoxville Adventist School is part of the Georgia-Cumberland Conference Seventh-day Adventists school system, whose philosophy is to value every child as a unique individual, created in the image of God, with distinctive gifts, talents, and abilities.  We are always seeking to provide every opportunity for the spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of every student entrusted to our care.  Our student body is a healthy patchwork of races, religions, and ethnic backgrounds. This diversity at Knoxville Adventist School provides an opportunity for children of all backgrounds to experience and embrace different cultures and lifestyles.

We believe our success as an educational community begins with your careful assessment of our school and how it relates to your child's needs, as well as our understanding of how we can provide the best education for your child. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We will be happy to share with you the difference our school makes in the lives of children and families.
