      Uniform and Dress Policy

Uniform Dress for K-2 Forest School
Polo Shirts are not required for Forest School students. Students in grades K-2 will need to purchase a special Forest School T-shirt for daily use. These shirts will need to be order through the KAS office. Pants should be quick dry, non-cargo pants. Shoes: rain boots to use outside and playground safe, flat, closed-toe & closed heel shoes for inside.
This is basic information only. You may check our website HERE for a more detailed supply list for additional supplies needed for the Forest School (Grades K-2) program (the first link under "Supply Lists"). This supply list will be updated yearly.

Below: Uniform policy for Grades 3-9
In keeping with the teachings from 1 Corinthians 10:30, “. . .whatever you do, do all to the glory of God,” others should be able to perceive that KAS students worship a God of love and order rather than fads or extreme fashions in dress. In addition, what a child wears to school has a direct influence on behavior and learning activity. KAS students are expected to dress appropriately in a healthful, practical, and modest manner.
